Design is highly opinionated.

You can hate this font, and that's ok. Let's see if we can agree on some ground rules, or at least a shared set of principles.

1. Keep it simple
2. Use meaningful symbolism
3. Use 2-3 basic colors & fonts
4. Don’t have writing you can’t read
5. Be distinctive, or be related

The marriage of good design and civic pride is something that we need in all places.
